CAOZ was honoured the other day with receiveing a nomination for the Icelandic DV Cultural Award for filmmaking. Not only was the company nominated but the jury decided that the award should go to CAOZ for our work on Legends of Valhalla – Thor. The jury awarded CAOZ the DV cultural Award for its pioneering work that the production company has built up in Iceland and abroad. Ingenuity has flourished and new technology has been created which together have presented various opportunity in the animation industry in Iceland. All this has generated a great interest in the company both in Iceland and in other countries around the world.
